Reclaimed Lumber Projects

Almost all other companies throw away the structures they demolish when they build new projects. During our
many demo projects I noticed quite a bit of good wood left over...wood that can be re-used to build structures with a
rustic flair. I started out doing this at my own house back in the mid 90's.  We take very little to the landfills.

For example, when we bought our house in Terrell in 2005, the house had a chain link fence and about 360 sq.ft. of decking.
We now have a 320' fenceline and over 1500 sq.ft. of decking around the house. After six years the only issue...two cracked
fence pickets.

All of the structures below were built with reclaimed lumber.

This deck will be covered with a tin roof. A bar and a FP will be built inside.
The smaller part will be set up for a hot tub
